Driver Requirements
Age Requirement
25 years or older
Drivers aged 21-24 may rent with a young driver fee ($25/day)
Valid Driver's License
Held for at least 2 years
International licenses accepted with passport
Driving Record
No major violations in past 3 years
DUI, reckless driving, or suspended license disqualifies
Insurance Coverage
Full coverage auto insurance required
Must extend to rental vehicles in Florida
Documents to Bring
Valid Driver's License
Current, unexpired license from any U.S. state or international license with passport.
Proof of Insurance
Insurance declaration page showing full coverage that extends to rental vehicles.
Credit Card
For security deposit authorization. Debit cards may be accepted with additional verification.
Secondary ID
Passport, state ID, or other government-issued identification.
Additional Drivers
Adding Extra Drivers
- Additional drivers can be added for $15/day each
- Each driver must meet all standard requirements
- All drivers must be present to sign the rental agreement
- Insurance must cover all listed drivers
Important Note
Only drivers listed on the rental agreement are authorized to operate the vehicle. Unauthorized drivers void all insurance coverage and may result in additional charges.

- Business registration or articles of incorporation
- Commercial auto insurance certificate
- Authorized signatory documentation
- List of approved drivers
Corporate Accounts
Businesses with regular rental needs can set up a corporate account for streamlined booking and billing.

Out-of-State Visitors
- Valid license from your home state
- Insurance that covers Florida rentals
- Standard ID requirements apply
International Visitors
- Valid international license + passport
- International Driving Permit (IDP) recommended
- May need to purchase insurance through us
