Cancellation Refund Schedule
48+ hours before pickup
Full refundCancel with at least 48 hours notice for a complete refund of all charges.
24-48 hours before pickup
50% refundCancellations within this window receive a partial refund.
Less than 24 hours
No refundSame-day and late cancellations are non-refundable.
How to Cancel
To cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible:

Reservation Modifications
Need to change your dates or vehicle? We'll do our best to accommodate modifications:
- Changes are subject to vehicle availability
- Price differences may apply if rates have changed
- Modifications made within 24 hours of pickup may be treated as cancellations
- Contact us as early as possible to request changes
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled pickup and do not contact us, this is considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and the full rental amount will be charged.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear
- Security deposits are released separately upon vehicle return inspection
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to documented circumstances beyond your control (medical emergency, severe weather, etc.), please contact us. We review exception requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer credits for future rentals.
